Plain Text Email Alternative
Even today, some email programs don't display HTML messages. To ensure that your message reaches your
entire recipient list, it's important to include a plain-text alternative with the HTML email messages
you send.

automatically generate a plain text email alternative, and send a multi-part email message which will automatically
be displayed according to the recipient's email reader capabilities (a "multipart/alternative" email message).
