  • Can I send spam (unsolicited commercial email) using Savicom's services?
    
    In order to protect the reputation of all of Savicom's customers and ensure the maximum deliverability for customer email, spam (UCE) is not permitted to be sent from Savicom's networks.   • Does Savicom rent or sell email lists?
    
    No. Savicom provides services for customers to manage and send email to their own lists, however resources and tips for list building and maintenance are provided on eMarketingJournal.com
• Savicom Pro Questions
  • How much does Savicom charge for Savicom Pro?
    
    Savicom charges a flat-rate monthly fee for Pro licenses based on the number of unique recipients in the list. Savicom Pro is available in the full Pro and a "Pro Lite" license, which have the same features, but which provide different monthly sending capacities for different sending frequencies.

  • What happens if I exceed my licensed maximum number of recipients in a given month?
    
    When you exceed your recipient license, you will need to upgrade your account to the next recipient license level. Your new license would be valid for one month from the date of the upgrade, and you would be charged the monthly fee for new license, minus a credit for the remaining portion of your current license.
